Our Guests

  • The first time in my life to have celebrated my birth day by the hotel. This was a great surprise and I recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. The service is worthy a five star hotel special thanks to haregweyen ,the guest service team leader . The bed is comfortable and the food on breakfast and dinner was very good. The staffs are very friendly making a home away from home..

    Ekaunda Lilongwe (Malawi)
  • “Great, friendly, warm staff!!” I stayed two weeks at the hotel, where I worked as well, delivering training. What can I say? Besides the facilities being great, ALL the staff was amazing, from to 1 do day 15! Motivated, engaged with what they were doing, warm... I felt at home there! A special thank you is due to Getinet, who is in charge of the bar next to the pool. If you wish to stay in a super hotel, well located, in Addis, do not hesitate!

    Tiago Fernandes (Lisbon, Portugal)
  • “We were at the capital hotel as a foot ball team Mamelodi Sundowns FC. Being African Champions our levels are high and Demanding. We couldn't find any fault with hotel stuff, food and we were accommodated with respect even with small things that we required or requested. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable for our delegation especially the players for their relaxation. Our performance on the pitch always depends on our happiness prior to the game. Capital's meeting our standards made it easier for us on the field- no wonder we were victorious because half our happiness was already achieved the welcoming staff at the Hotel.I strongly recommend the Hotel to other teams that may play in Addis Ababa or even individual and private visits. When I have a chance I would bring my family too.”

    Peter N (Mamelodi Sundowns FC)
